• Attend your first session and begin building a plan together

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because of this, cancellations impact not only your care but also the ability to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting.

To support both flexibility and respect for this shared time, after you have attended a minimum of two sessions, one late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be waived each calendar year.

After that:

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur a $100 fee

• Missed appointments will incur a $100 fee

Sessions are available weekdays in the afternoon and evening and Saturdays in the morning.
