Understand patterns of worry and overthinking while building greater flexibility and a steadier sense of calm—therapy available online across Florida.

HOW THERAPY CAN HELP

Therapy provides a space to explore what has been weighing on you. Together we look at patterns in thoughts, emotions, and daily habits and work toward more helpful ways of responding.

Our work may include:

  • Learning to Be Present: Practicing simple ways to stay in the "here and now" so you don't get swept away by "what-ifs" about the future.

  • Gaining Perspective on Your Thoughts: Learning how to step back from your inner critic and meet yourself with greater self-compassion.

  • Taking Small, Brave Steps: Identifying simple actions you can take right now to move toward the life you want, even while you’re still feeling some butterflies.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

You’re moving through your day, but it feels like you’re carrying an invisible weight. Your mind is a constant loop of "what-ifs," and you find yourself hooked by thoughts of not being enough or doing enough. Perhaps you’re physically exhausted but your mind won't shut off at night, or you’ve started avoiding the very things that matter to you.

You might notice:

  • Spending a lot of time overthinking or second-guessing

  • Expecting something to go wrong, even when things seem fine

  • Struggling to relax or feel settled

  • Feeling easily overwhelmed by decisions or uncertainty

CHRISTIAN FAITH INTEGRATION (optional)

For many women, faith is the foundation of their identity. If you choose, we can weave Christian principles into our sessions. We can explore how your values align with your walk with Christ and how "casting your cares" can practically look in your daily life. Together, we can look at grace, prayerful presence, and the courage to live out your God-given purpose, even in the midst of uncertainty.

IS THIS THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOU?

This approach to therapy tends to be most helpful for women who:

  • Are interested in understanding patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors

  • Want to develop a different relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings

  • Are able to participate in regular outpatient therapy

    Please note:

Your well-being is my highest priority. Because our work together takes place virtually, my practice is best suited for stable, outpatient support. If you are currently navigating a crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or find that you need more intensive support, please know that a higher level of in-person care will be the safest and most helpful fit for you right now. If in crisis, please call or text 988 or local emergency services.
